ASI GROUP ACQUIRES MARSH INDUSTRIES, A DIVISION OF POLYVISION, INC.

New York – (August 2, 2024)

ASI Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of commercial toilet partitions, innovative washroom accessories, lockers, and visual display products, announced today that it has acquired Marsh Industries, a division of Polyvision, Inc., effective August 1, 2024. Marsh Industries—located in New Philadelphia, Ohio— has a history that dates back to 1914, manufacturing a wide variety of markerboards, chalkboards, and other visual display products.

Marsh Industries will operate independently as an ASI Group Company, led by Michael Wasson, Vice President and General Manager of ASI Visual Display Products, Inc. Mike will be leading the integration of the New Philadelphia, Ohio facility with the current ASI Visual Display Products’ facilities in Texas and Toronto.
